NIMIX Mobile Process Plant
NIMIX mobile process plants provide process flexibility, the ability for customers to meet changing requirements, the ability to produce on time, and to a specific quality.
NIMIX systems have been supplied, using custom designed mobile plant or standard mobile intermediate bulk container (IBC) technology to provide convenient "pipeless plant" operation with the following advantages:
- A wide variety of batch sizes can be manufactured

- Rapid response to customer needs

Example #1
A custom designed, mobile process plant allows hygienic NIMIX units to be wheeled onto a weigh cell platform, where raw materials (both solid and liquid) can be filled to individual formulas.

Example #2
Another plant uses 28 standard 264 gallon (1,000 liter) NIMIX IBC's as a 'pipeless plant' where quantities of materials are manufactured in the sealed mixing units then transferred to another point in the plant for filling.
The units are then cleaned, and sent back to the manufacturing plant. NIMIX IBC technology allows one drive to be used with a number of 264 gallon (1,000 liter) IBC's.
